We all love to be inspired don’t we? It’s a crazy beautiful feeling to have that energy flowing through us. Feeling inspired, able and empowered to create something amazing. To build something that has the hope to lift others up in spirit and in life.

We all have the power to live with inspiration flowing through our blood. But is there anything that we can practically do to make those periods of inspiration more frequent, more consistent or even – do we have the power to call upon inspiration whenever we most need it?

Well, I believe that the answer to those questions is YES, we can.

Learning and mastering any skill in life, comes through a conscious effort, consistent motivation and generating positive habits around what it is we wish to master.

Inspiration can also flourish through creating particular habits and actions that have the potential of creating the right kind of environments for inspiration to explode.

Here we have compiled a great list of activities that help inspiration to thrive in your life.

  3. Create today to be the first day of your new healthy life, pick a keystone healthy habit to improve your life, take a deep breath and just get moving with it. Then reward yourself.
