Tapping To Your Emotional Freedom

When our dear friend introduced the EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique to me the first time few year ago, I was in a rather challenging time in my life. I wasn’t happy, on the contrary – I was depressed and struggling with finding peace and balance in myself.

I knew that she wanted to help, understanding the incredible power of EFT also called simply tapping.

However I was quite sceptical. I couldn’t really tell, if it helped me then. And although it is so simple, I guess I wasn’t ready to do it on my own, not really believing in my own capability and potential.

I didn’t know then much about how the energy works in us and around us. Didn’t know much about limiting beliefs blocking us from achieving what we want. Didn’t understand the incredible power of my mind.

All this knowledge and understanding came years later.

Over those years I kept coming across information about EFT here and there, finding it somehow fascinating and thinking that one day I’d wish to explore it closer and perhaps try again.


And yes, that day arrived! 🙂

So back to the beginning:


What is EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique? And how does it actually work?


EFT also often referred to as: psychological acupressure, is a simple, rapid and gentle but very powerful healing tool that can profoundly influence gene activity, health and behaviour. It was developed by Gary Craig in the 1990’s.

It is based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture for over five thousand years. But instead of needles, it involves tapping with the fingertips to bring kinetic energy to specific meridians whilst tuning into the particular problem and voicing positive affirmations.

This combination helps clearing the emotional blocks and with that restoring the mind and body’s balance.

EFT is extremely effective in reducing or eliminating pain, removing negative emotions and upset, releasing limiting beliefs, trauma and general stress, implementing positive goals and much more. It can be self-administered, or it can be offered as a treatment by qualified practitioners.

So the other day I came across a video about EFT and something inside told me that this time I should investigate it closer. Because, as someone who has been for over two years now intense researching and learning about energy healing, the power of our mind – epigenetics, consciousness, and quantum physics and has seen profound changes in myself and those around me on a daily basis – EFT makes just such a sense!

The video sow the seed in me and set in motion the wish to examine it more, and take in all that I could find. (How amazing is that. I just love the fact that you can find online absolutely anything and this from the comfort of your own home.) From all the information that I obtained, many articles and videos containing testimonials, I discovered that this treatment often works where everything else failed.

I started trying it out and applying it on myself and my daughters. They just caught a little cold and I thought that perhaps the tapping could help. And in fact it did!

The girls kept strong and felt much much better only the day after. Their snuffles and cough lasted only for a day and then they returned back to normal… 🙂

The simplicity of EFT, its effectiveness and speed, inspired and motivated me to go even further and become an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner. There is quite few places here in the UK where you can attend a full training course delivered by masters, only over few days and become a certified and accredited practitioner.


I believe that this will give me another amazing ability to help, not only myself and my family, but to help others live a better, healthier, and as a result also happier and more successful life.


And that’s my mission… To reach as many people as possible, and help them in creating the best possible future. It excites me incredible and makes me get up in the morning with new positive energy and passion every day.
