To be able to manifest positive things in your life you must learn to forgive. Forgive others that wronged you in the past, past situations and also yourself. You must know how to let go.


Holding on to the past, to regret, resentment and rejection requires lots of energy, effort, negative thoughts and anger. It is very counter-productive. It is a limiting condition.

Forgiveness will help you to stay at peace with yourself and with the world around you. You can’t change the things that happened in the past, so leave them behind. Don’t let them affect you and don’t hold on to negativity. It is something that only you can do. By granting forgiveness you are rewarding rather yourself, than the person you are forgiving.



Why forgiveness will help you



Holding on to the grudge brings bitterness. It doesn’t affect the other person but it’s damaging for yourself, for your inner peace. It hurts you on a daily-basis.

Forgiveness brings freedom. When you forgive someone or something it is like your heart opens up for more love and kindness and it makes space for positive feelings and emotions. It is healing and nurturing. It helps to believe in goodness in people and in the world. It’s giving you control and responsibility and leads to greater happiness and love.

As long as you feel wronged by someone, you see yourself as a victim and you have no hope for justice. You keep a huge space in your mind for the memory of what ever happened and that is draining your energy and positivism. And it weakens you tremendously.


Many people see forgiveness as a sign of weakness but actually it gives you an incredible power and strength.

Why forgiveness will help you




Forgiveness comes easier when you give up your personal judgments so that you can empower yourself and make space for a new belief, that nothing has been done to you.


If someone hurt you in the past, took something from you and never gave it back or said something hurtful. You can’t change it now as the time has passed, the person might not even remember it or just doesn’t care and moves on, away from you. But for you, if you hold on to your passed feelings, if you still feel the hurt of the time, you only keep hurting yourself over and over again, stopping good positive thoughts and emotions from coming to you.

You poison yourself with the anger and resentment. You can not change the situation any more by holding on to it. But you can help yourself and empower yourself by simply forgiving and not giving the negative emotions any more attention and power.
